External identifier does not have an error message

Current Behavior

For a server, the external identifier should be unique (as stated in its description). When trying to set 2 servers with the same one, the panel simply gives the regular 500 SERVER ERROR message.

Expected Behavior

A error message should pop up at the top of the page like with other pages, stating that the identifier needs to be unique to this server

Steps to Reproduce

Have a server with a external identifier, and set a second server to the same external identifier.
