Webform checkboxes validation does not have the same style as other fields

To reproduce

in webform, add a field of checkboxes and set Allowed number of values. then submit the form with selections exceed the allowed number. It should highlight the field and showing the error message below the field, instead of showing the message on top of the form

same issue found for File field validation that a file size exceeds the allowed limit.
