[BUG] Prospector config for new version of PyLint

The version 4 of Pylint/astroid is released, this change should be reverted:

It looks like the astroid patch has been made. Are there any other dependencies that need to be solved before the changes linked above can be reverted and the pylint and astroid dependency versions updated?

I'm running into pylint failures with Python 3.14 while using prospector 1.17.3. If I force upgrade pylint to v4 and astroid to v4, I can run pylint successfully on its own.
