Description
GIVEN I look at a DCAT-US document and I see a bureauCode
WHEN I search the DCAT-US spec
THEN I find an up-to-date canonical authoritative mapping between bureauCodes and bureaus
In general, https://resources.data.gov/resources/dcat-us/#bureauCode should point to a better upstream source.
