People whose first experience with Privly is controlled by the email confirmation instead of the browser extension may be getting lost in the process. We need to walkthrough of the process from the user's perspective and ensure they can easily succeed in the posting process.

When you install the browser extension, a "first run" window pops up and gives you a guide. Since most people will likely not download the extension initially, we need to take a closer look at the email sent to users when they sign up for an account. A potential way to do this is to perform a "think-aloud" study (see below).
