Can't clone on Raspberry Pi #254

I'm trying to use SoapySDR with the Cariboulite but I'm having trouble cloning the repository in a fresh install of the latest Raspberry Pi OS x64 on a RPi 4B. Iit keeps asking for my github user name and password and then fails. I was able to clone it yesterday without it asking for my github username and password but decided to reinstall the OS because I was having trouble with the smi_stream_dev module failing to load. Now I can't seem to get it to clone the repository.
