We typically use smaller VMs for QA testing which translates to extended load times for operations like launching sessions in Workbench or deploying content in Connect. Some timeouts are configurable for VIP, but not many. We should consider either significantly extending the default timeouts or adding more configuration levers to scale timeouts up or down as needed.
