Clicking on links in help tab is not doing anythin

Clicking on the links here is not doing anything. Possibly it is trying to open in browser but it is not. My browser is firefox. I am on Windows 11.

Possibly related... typing help commands in R console is also not doing anything e.g. ?quantile returns nothing and opens nothing.

Hey @jorepstein1, thanks for the post. I can reproduce the link failure. I opened #14810 to address that.

However, I can't reproduce the ?quantile failure; that help page shows up for me on my Mac fine. I think this may be #3543. If you can still get the ?quantile failure to repro, can you please follow the instructions for collecting logs in #3543 (comment) and post on that issue?
