feat: support bundle metadata in upload #486
Description
The upcoming 2025.12.0 Connect release will allow including extra metadata fields with bundle uploads, including fields for source control (previously only used by Connect's "git-backed publishing" feature). We should extend the bundle upload function to take a list of metadata. I don't think that connectapi needs to assemble the metadata like by shelling out to git, as the publishing clients will, but it should be able to pass it along and switch upload methods if needed.
