The "-k" argument is confusing. It's not intuitive what is the default action actually is.
I would recommend that the default is always to keep a copy on Put.io's servers after download and the user has to be explicit to delete from put.io after download.
Another argument that would be worth having would be -n --newonly. Don't download existing items, only download new items. Ala Put.io's RSS feed feature "Don't process the current feed, only download new items".
