Kubernetes Context incorrectly shown as "Reachable" after cluster shutdown

The Kubernetes Contexts extension continues to display a context as Reachable even after the underlying cluster is stopped and related extensions are disabled. The UI fails to update the connectivity status until the extension is restarted.

Steps to Reproduce
Start a Kind cluster and set it as the active context.
Shut down the Kind cluster.

Disable the Kubernetes Dashboard extension.
Navigate to the Kubernetes Contexts view.
