Capture Application Logs via CWA Logging

Currently, CWA logging is not enabled in the EC2 template(s). When rebasing against the [watchmaker 1.5.6 templates](https://github.com/plus3it/terraform-aws-watchmaker/blob/1.5.6/modules/lx-instance/watchmaker-lx-instance.template.cfn.json), generic CWA logging should be enabled.
