刷新个人课程时出错

应该就是课程信息冲突了，这个需要策略。让用户选当前选课列表究竟如何，还是直接丢弃一份？

……我怎么觉得是我刚刚脑残了……进入课程列表的时候不会自动刷新？

手工刷新的时候，直接用服务器端的盖掉本地的就行了……（当然要保证本地的修改及时传到服务器上了）
自动刷新的时候可以加上 after 参数，只获取特定时间之后的修改（直接把修改涉及的都盖掉）。
