Slow response from server when reading directly from the feed 🐌

As reported by several people in Nostr, it appears that when "trying to load a feed that only connects to rsslay.nostr.moe, it takes a while before items start to show up..."

Detected in several clients.

We may have to cache some feeds to improve reliability and speed...
