Probably a @helgibbons thing to tweak! But thank you, in the meantime, for leaving those breadcrumbs.

(Sorry, I stole the plasma name for our RP2040 / RP2350 boards because there are so many more of those than there are Picade Plasma kits)

No worries - as a further breadcrumb, I actually managed to get it REALLY working with this:

At least this seems to have made the plasma socket on the Picade Max jump to life.
