Is there a real-time visualizer and interactive viewer could running on local AMD Radeon GPU with ROCm?

there is a viewer in https://playcanvas.com/viewer mentioned in the readme. But this seems use online gpu resources, not local hardware. 
How to build a interactive viewer could running on local Radeon AMD card?
