docs(P02): update status to FIXED after StatementSync fix

Update P02 investigation document to reflect that the proper fix has
been implemented. The crashes are resolved by removing database_ref_
from StatementSync (commit 0691ae5).

Validation shows 779/813 tests passing on Alpine WITHOUT --runInBand,
and no SIGSEGV crashes during parallel test execution.
