Dear Dr.
I installed phoebe on a supercomputer cluster and prepared to calculate the coherent thermal conductivity. I obtained the second-order force constants from VASP combined with Phonopy, and the third-order force constants from ShengBTE. I then converted the second-order force constants into .hdf5 format using Phonopy. However, when I started the calculation, an error occurred:
