Update licence?

Same question than pharo-graphics/Bloc#837 but for sub-components (with OSF-1.1 licence).
May be the project need a DESCRIPTION or NOTICE file to list all dependencies licences ?

What are inria fonts? Do we use them?

For tests only. I choose them when I was writing test... they are small (in bytes) and include "ligatures" (they have a special glyph for "ff", two consecutive f), so I liked them to test Harfbuzz especially. But they should be not really needed since "source sans font" could replace it in test.
