Better project layout?

Hi, aside from just not being fully stable, I think one of the biggest problems I have with pesde is the amount of stuff the working directory is filled with once you install dependencies during roblox dev.

With Wally, its a simple Packages/ directory that contains links to Packages in /_Index/ which can be ignored by luau-language-server

With pesde, however, its three new directories plus a hidden directory and a .toml file. Not a huge fan... Am I missing something?

The .pesde folder & scripts packages are planned to be removed; the functionality of the scripts will be implemented through a bin export. Additionally, we plan to switch to Luau aliases, which will point to a different location on your system. That means you'll be left with only roblox and roblox_server folders.
