[iOS] Add support for iOS focus modes

On iOS you're able to apply focus modes and filter out notifications from any app of your choosing. Pebble does however still show all incoming notifications regardless of focus mode.

Since iOS focus modes launched not long ago there's hopefully some extra metadata available that Pebble isn't currently using.

Would love to have this. Major use case for me is sleep focus, where most notifications are muted. As it stands my watch keeps buzzing in the middle of the night in my drawer.

I'm not even close to be qualified to contribute C code but I did some digging. Maybe this helps you on the way?

iOS 15+ seems to have a focus mode status (INFocusStatusCenter API, I think). Maybe the iOS app could check that and send the status to the watch and then filter the ANCS notifications? In ancs_notifications.c seems to be handling that stuff, maybe it's possible to add an ignore for focus mode?

Maybe this is old news to you, idk, but at least I tried 😆

iirc that API just tells you IF there's a focus mode active, not which one. as far as I know, there is no public API on iOS to determine focus modes.

Really? That's too bad if that's the case :/ Any idea how Garmin watches respect focus mode then? Could they be doing some trickery where the Garmin app talks to the watch if a focus mode is detected?

I don't think garmin can detect which focus mode is active, just whether any focus mode is active

My Fossil HR Hybrid smartwatch had a "mirror phone" setting for "do not disturb," and the notifications sent to the watch matched the ones not silenced by the phone. I'm not sure how it managed it, though

there is only so much research I personally want to do (my answer to these kind of questions is just use Android! so much simpler) but if anyone else figures it out, we'd welcome the PR or even just some info pointing in the right direction (ideally documentation).
