furthermore: under certain circumstances the normalization of utf8 characters can lead to a sync cycle which mean unnecessary network traffic. This needs to be covered in tests and primarily fixed in the client. .... we tried to address this and failed to properly test the upgrade scenario.
- Test UTF-8 normalization handling (Check no repeated sync cycle)
