[Suggestion] Consider using bof-launcher library instead of ELFLoader for running Linux BOFs

bof-launcher is a BOF launching library which supports running BOFs on following platforms: Windows (x86/x64) and Linux (x86/x64/ARM/AARCH64).

Thank you. Yes, course - you should have be able to run all your Linux-based BOFs with bof-launcher (if that's not the case, please do let me know). In addition to our BOFs (https://github.com/The-Z-Labs/bof-launcher/tree/main/bofs), we also run the ones from Trustedsec (https://github.com/trustedsec/ELFLoader/tree/main/SA/src) without any issues.

Note also that bof-launcher is capable to run BOFs on Linux on following architectures: x86/x86_64/ARMv6+/AArch64, which is I believe unique feature (at least publicly available).

Our BOF colelction is strong and growing (https://github.com/The-Z-Labs/bof-launcher/tree/main/bofs), but we still need more Linux-based BOFs, publicly available :)
