We need a resonance mode where the user provides a ROI. The normalization will be done at the ROI level (not pixel by pixel). That means that for the first TOF image, the sample mean counts of the ROI will be divided by the ob mean counts of that same ROI. This will produces the first data point. We do this for all the images and at the end we get a 3 column ascii file with bin_index (same as file index if no binning), transmitted value, uncertainties.
so that means we should have the possibility to bin in file_index like in the normal mode.
