Database stuck in pausing state since last 48 hours

My project is stuck in pausing state for last 48 hours possibly due to depletion of Disk IO budget.
Postgres WAL likely filled storage due to heavy queries.
I cannot restart / resume / access DB.
I am on a free plan.
Had raised a request to support for resolution of the issue around 24 hours ago, but haven't received any response yet.
Can anyone help how to resolve this issue?
