Add support for XDG remote desktop portal, unable to use Speed of Sound speech-to-text

I installed Speed of Sound application, its not working on Linux Mint because XDG remote desktop portal is not supported by Cinnamon backend. GNOME and KDE both support it. For more info you can see this .

Add more backend to xdg-desktop-portal-xapp would be useful, and remote desktop is one of them, I am not searched I can be difficult and/or long to implement it in xdg-desktop-portal-xapp and any parts needed in other cinnamon components.
About missed backend, for now I see only a PR for add AppChooser: linuxmint/xdg-desktop-portal-xapp#27
There is a shortage of contributors; the few developers on the Mint team and a few other contributors are already doing a tremendous amount of work on big amount of things (in general related to Mint, cinnamon and other forked software), so I think additional contributors and donations could be helpful.
Another thing that might be useful is to make a list of all the missing backends and, for each one, note what it would be useful for and how often they’re used, so that potential contributors and developers have data on what might be best to implement (unless they want to implement specific things they need, as is often the case).
