Threshold setting and cdf plotting

I have some questions regarding your thesis and experiments:

1. What is the basis for setting the t-statistic to exceed 500 (t_threshold_bananas) as an indicator that it is absolutely not a constant time ?
2. Why do you use a t-statistic exceeding 4.5 in your thesis to strongly suggest that the time distributions are different, but set the t-statistic to 10 in the tests ?
3. Could you explain the details of how you plotted the CDF ?
4. What is the basis for setting the rule that a statistic test cannot be conducted before 10,000 tests are completed ?
