Hmwk sets editor 2, when editing via the pencil icon

• automatically selects visible and Enable Reduce Credit, and
• doesn't pre fill dates from prior/existing dates
• Also, date-picker always uses standard time at first

ww2.5.1.1 when used on test.webwork.maa.org has errors in the admin/upgrade course page. This doesn't happen on hosted2, but it's probably some glitch in the directory structure that isn't being protected against. In this case the errors are bad enough so that the upgrade button doesn't appear -- so there is no work around.

Do the authen errors appear on hosted2/ I don't know how to trigger them.
