Cannot compile gem on Windows #17
Description
Using Ruby 2.7 on Windows (Ruby Installer with MSYS2)
libpostal was separately compiled and installed (via its own make install)
Native part of the gem fails to compile. Attached is the output produced when running gem install ruby_postal. There are conflicting declarations for various types and prototypes.
