Populate task reason reference field

Related to https://github.com/opensrp/opensrp-client-reveal/issues/1532

Certain tasks such as `case confirmation` require the `reasonReference` field to be populated with the corresponding `case details` event id. This is used in the app to display the appropriate details / info stored in the event for that task.
