Delta_url doesn't accept file path

I’m updating the manifest to add my dataset and noticed the delta_url field doesn’t accept file paths, only valid URLs. In the code, entities_url was updated to support both file paths and URLs via expand_entities_url.

Could delta_url be updated similarly to accept both file paths and URLs?

That sounds reasonable. However, I think giving filepaths is just a shorthand for prepending file:// to the path - would that solve the issue you're having?

It doesn't solve the issue because it expects http or https

  URL scheme should be 'http' or 'https' [type=url_scheme, input_value='file:///data/people_watchlist/delta.json', input_type=str]
