Global IGNORE marker

Is there a way to define an IGNORE marker for a line globally across all recipes to prevent a rewrite?
I don't want to exclude the entire class, just individual lines

hi! No we don't have a way to ignore recipes on certain lines; what's the reason you're looking to suppress a change? Because if there's a bug or over opinionated change we'd rather fix the underlying issue.

There are cases where the correction does not follow our conventions.
Excluding the entire CompilationUnit in such cases is not ideal.
