Read participatory space information via WhatsApp chatbot

Participants using WhatsApp currently cannot access basic information about a participatory space without leaving the messaging environment.

Allow participants to read key information about the configured participatory space directly through the WhatsApp chatbot.

Does this issue impact users' private data?

No, it only exposes public information.

Acceptance criteria

• Given a participant starts a conversation with the chatbot, when they request information about the participatory space, then they receive the short description.
• Given a participant requests more details, when they ask for the long description, then it is returned by the chatbot.
• Given a main component is configured, when the participant asks to participate, then the chatbot explains the main component available.

For practical purpose, I'll describe the flow to implement here:

The "Single Participatory Workflow" would be responsible to show the participatory space information, I propose this:

• Add a "Instructions" textarea in the workflow configuration in case we want to specify details. It can be empty
• When the user starts the chat:
  • Sends a message with the instructions (if configured)
  • Sends a message with the title of the space and the description. If there's an image associated, it can be added as a card. This message these actions:
    • More info: when pressed, send a message with the long description of the process
    • Participate: it will delegate the action to another workflow (Proposals workflow). This workflow will receive as a param the proposal component configured. This new workflow can just send a message "not ready yet".
    • Exit: if there's a parent workflow, go back. If not, send the farewell message.
