Bug Description

I am running the cva6 core on my VCU118 Rev2.0 Development board. The UART pins are reversed in the provided constraint files

Steps to reproduce

Run make fpga with Board as VCU118. Needs modifications in the Makefile

Expected behavior

UART works on VCU118

Observed behavior

Nothing is printed over UART
