Backend - Change `Contract.student_signed_on` to `Contract.buyer_signed_on`

Feature Request

Since we have introduced BatchOrder, concerning a Contract, the term student should be replaced by buyer.
Please make the appropriate changes at the model level, and throughout the code.

Mark the field as deprecated, and create the new one.
