Hungarian language cannot be selected

Hello!

The Hungarian language seems to be fully supported and all translations seems to be present for it in Open edX:

On the other hand, the Site language dropdown menu does not allow selecting hu language for some reason:
https://github.com/openedx/frontend-app-account/blob/master/src/account-settings/site-language/constants.js

Is this a bug to be fixed or is there a good reason why it's left out from the list?

there's a larger bug in the way the dropdown is created that we've been discussing as separate issues:

• Language selector should sort language output #1338
• Language selector drop down should not list languages for which we don't have a translation file #1337
• improve the UI when you attempt to change the site to a language for which there are no translation strings for frontend-app-account #1336
• feat: Show specific languages in the language settings dropdown #937

Hungarian as a hardcode could be added to the drop-down in the interim. There's an argument to be made that while we have the larger conversations about addressing language selection, that at least we can go through and manually replace the dropdown with the actual languages represented in translations/frontend-app-account/src/i18n/messages.

This is a patch, and an imperfect one. As #937 points out, not all instances support all the languages in that list. Additionally, we are talking about the site-wide language selector, and the presence of language strings for frontend-app-account doesn't mean the presence of that localization for the rest of the site, and the absence of language strings for frontend-app-account doesn't mean the absence of translations for the rest of the site.

(Also it would be nice if we had fr–not just fr_CA–as a language spoken in large parts of the world that people expect to see. But that's a separate issue. 😭)

@deborahgu Adding to the dropdown menu seems like a doable job for me as a rookie Open edX-er. I hope you accept such small PRs from new members of the community. Open edX is reported to be 100% translated to Hungarian.
On the other hand, the existence of constants.js seems like a quick 'n dirty design decision to me. We've all done it at some point in our careers... IMO the problems you mentioned are valid, but a translations/frontend-app-account/src/i18n/messages based dropdown menu content would still be a step forward from the current implementation.
