OCP Server Profile Improvements

Several suggestions for current OCP server profile:

1. Remove “Tray” from conditional requirements of ChassisType since it doesn’t exist in the schema definitions,

2. Add conditional requirements based on the value of ManagerType. DMTF has been adding new supports of manager types; however, the original intent of Manager requirement of server profile mainly applies to the manager providing the service.

3. Mark deprecated Power and Thermal resources as recommended, instead of mandatory.
