RackManager/OCPRackManagerController.v1_1_0.json requires deprecated Thermal/Power Resources

The latest [OCPRackManagerController profile](https://github.com/opencomputeproject/HWMgmt-OCP-Profiles/blob/master/RackManager/OCPRackManagerController.v1_1_0.json) requires deprecated [Thermal](https://www.dmtf.org/sites/default/files/standards/documents/DSP2046_2025.4.html#thermal-173-deprecated) and [Power](https://www.dmtf.org/sites/default/files/standards/documents/DSP2046_2025.4.html#power-173-deprecated) Resources and does not provide requirements for the succeeding Subsystem Resources.

Would it be possible to update the profile to include the related [Thermalsubsystem](https://www.dmtf.org/sites/default/files/standards/documents/DSP2046_2025.4.html#thermalsubsystem-150) and [Powersubsystem](https://www.dmtf.org/sites/default/files/standards/documents/DSP2046_2025.4.html#powersubsystem-113) Resources?
