Thumbnail API returns 425 Too Early during file processing

Sometimes, when setting an image or emoji (smiley) as an icon for a Space folder in OpenCloud, the following error occurs:

My Environment:

• Raspberry Pi 5 (16 GB RAM)
• Debian 13 headless on NVME
• Container runtime: Rootles Podman with Quadlet
• Image: OpenCloud Rolling image

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run OpenCloud in Podman
2. Open a Space / folder
3. Choose "Set image" or select an emoji/smiley as icon
4. Confirm selection
5. Error appears in logs during thumbnail generation

The error occurs in the log, but the UI should retry that request. Is that correct?

Too Early means that the upload is not processed on the server, which is an expected state and tells the client to retry.

Yes, but I discovered that when I open the app (iOS) afterwards, the thumbnail is there.

However, it's not there in the web browser (PC). Clearing the cache finally fixed it.

I'll monitor it for a month.
