Delta view plays video mode if forecast view is left in video mode

If the play button is pressed on forecast view and not stopped, when switching to delta view and selecting a timestamp to inspect, the delta view keeps playing as well unless you go back to forecast view and stop it. This should probably either not happen at all, or the delta view should have its own play/stop buttons.

I’d like to contribute to this issue. Could you please confirm whether you’d prefer the delta view to:
Stop playing automatically when switching from forecast view, or have its own independent play/stop controls?

For simplicity, I think let's just pause the "play" functionality when a user switches to either the Delta or Sites view.
That way, we don't need any design considerations for the UI itself, and it won't be cramming any more functionality into the Delta view before we get to future features/improvements!
