To use Codex here, create a Codex account and connect to github.v

Hello guys I have this constant problem when I try to use code review for my PRs, i keep getting this message, do you have any ideea of this is a known bug or if there is any fix?

It works if i switch to a new github account, but for this one, it isnt working, i dont know why

This doesn’t look like a general Codex outage or bug. When it works with a different GitHub account but not with this one, it usually points to an account-level issue.

A few common causes to check:

• The GitHub account isn’t properly linked to the Codex/OpenAI account (disconnect and reconnect GitHub in Codex settings).
• Missing or revoked GitHub permissions for PR access on that account.
• The repo belongs to an org with restricted third-party app access, so Codex can’t read PRs.
• The account might be hitting an internal trust or usage flag, which only support can clear.
