Weekly reset / bonus credits for Codex users.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to open a discussion about the possibility of OpenAI offering
a weekly usage reset or some form of bonus credits for Codex users,
similar to what other providers (e.g. Grok/xAI) have recently done
for their communities.

A recurring reset or occasional bonus would:

• Make it easier for developers to experiment and build with Codex
• Increase daily/weekly active usage
• Keep Codex competitive with other coding assistants that are
  currently offering similar incentives

Would love to hear what others think - and if there's enough interest,
maybe this could get some visibility from the OpenAI team.
