Voice-chat pause/resume voice commands

The user could say a phrase such as “pause listening,” after which Voice would remain active but would not respond to normal conversation or background speech. It would resume only when it hears a chosen command, such as “resume listening.”

This would help prevent accidental responses when someone needs to speak with another person, think out loud, or use other voice-controlled software without ending the Voice session or manually muting the microphone.
