Update our transitime instance and run UpdateTravelTimes

We need to update our transitime instance to scrudden's fork (or the latest version that has UpdateTravelTimes).

Then we need to run

java -Dtransitime.configFiles=/home/scrudden/workspace/transitimeconfig/transiTimeConfig.xml -Dtransitime.logging.dir=/home/scrudden/workspace/core/logs/ -jar UpdateTravelTimes.jar 08-24-2015
