When making request #372890 at FragDenStaat and with a prior request (#372689 and #372690, respectively), I've noticed that on the last slide with the data overview ("Vorschau & abschicken") after pressing "Anfrage senden", when using (macOS) Safari, it prompts with a browser dialog whether to stay on that overview page or proceed. When selecting "Stay on page", the request is still being sent off in the background without notifying the user. The form can then be sent off again, causing duplicate message threads and multiple emails.
