Run the benchmark locally with docker-compose

As a user or developer, I'd like to run or test the benchmark against a local HA deployment of loki because I may not have access to a cluster or limited knowledge in jsonnet.

• I have a docker-compose which deploys a cluster of loki in HA mode. If you feel it is useful, I could send a PR and run the benchmark against the deployment.

FWIW, this small project started as a companion effort to have a simple metrics-based benchmark tool for loki for our observatorium/deployments installations. Following the path of least resistance the present run.sh is bound to a kubernetes-based setup. Making this setup more adaptable would be a super helpful addition for non-kubernetes setups.

However, if your intend is to play with the present system a little bit, you can checkout observatorium/deployments as a sibling directory to this repo and run make bench-dev. This will pick up the kind based local cluster. It will even install temporary kind for you.
