Harbor — oSEAItic
Thank you for your interest in contributing to Harbor. To protect both you and the project, we ask that all contributors agree to this Contributor License Agreement ("CLA") before their contributions can be merged.
By submitting a pull request or other contribution to this project, you agree to the following terms:
You grant oSEAItic a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions and any derivative works.
You grant oSEAItic a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your contribution alone or by combination of your contribution with the project.
You represent that you are the original author of your contributions and that you have the right to grant the licenses above. If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you represent that you have received permission to make contributions on behalf of your employer.
You provide your contributions on an "as is" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind.
The project will continue to be distributed under the Apache License 2.0. This CLA does not change the open-source license of the project. Your contributions will always remain available under Apache 2.0.
By opening a pull request against this repository, you indicate your agreement to this CLA. Your Git commit metadata (name + email) serves as your electronic signature.

This CLA is modeled after the Apache Individual Contributor License Agreement and the approach used by projects such as Supabase and Grafana.
