Feature: wire blocks

There is a need for wire/link/diode logic blocks. These blocks should pass their input to their output unchanged.

Suggested format:

[logic] link IN OUT

OUT parameter should be optional.

I guess it would be best if processing this type of block wouldn't take any time. I can register a separate issue for this if needed.

It seems that the time/no-time decision will have to be final for this type of block. Synchronization is very importing when using clock channels and JK flip-flops or similar. If you'll change this feature in the future, you may break lots of things.

If you stick with the decision to use a tick to process this block, could you rename it to pass? It seems more appropriate to me for some reason.
