App could not find the File Browser while using the DFU

Describe the bug
App could not find the File Browser

To Reproduce
I installed v4.28.0 and v4.28.1 on my Motorola android phone. After connecting a BLE device which supports OTA, I can see the DPU icon with app and also the new image with the File Manager, but the app said "File browser application has not been found on your device. Would you like to download one?"

Expected behavior
Let app find the image with File Manager app.

I can confirm this issue. Same behaviour on Pixel 8 Android 16 nrf connect 4.29.1. I was trying to update an old device that had nrf5 sdk DFU OTA but the app does not find the file browser. I have the Google files file browser available and numerous others available.
