I need a C++ for windows sample

Looks like the cpp in src is for Linux only. It uses the sys/ioctl.h, and other linux include files.
Obviously, you were able to compile a similar code on windows.
I would really appreciate if you could share it.
I need to control the bluetooth at low level hci on windows and it's quite a challenge to find any info about that.
